Coach Greene joined the Staples Wreckers family in 2022 after serving as the head coach at Stamford High School where he spent 9 years at the helm. In 2014, Coach Greene guided Stamford High to its winningest season in recent memory winning 7 games. In that same year he was awarded the FCIAC Central Division Coach of the Year and also received New York Jets Coach of the Week honors. In 2019, Greene was awarded the New York Jets Coach of the Week for a 2nd time. In 2012, Greene served as the Westhill High School offensive coordinator winning 6 games. Prior to the 2012 season, Westhill had lost 20 straight games.  Jamar Greene is also a founder of the Stamford Spartans Youth Football program and currently sits on the executive board as their vice president. Greene was also honored with being named head coach for the Diamond All-American Bowl Games in Myrtle Beach in both 2014 and 2015.
